user must have applicable security authorization to access this screen.

1.
Use
the ‘Set Alert’ drop down box to activate/inactivate an alert on the party.
Once selection is made, that selection will no longer appear on drop down list.
2.
Insert
Comment. Once a comment is made and saved it cannot be edited or deleted.
3.
Click
the ‘Save’ button to save the updated version.
4.
To
inactivate an alert, click the ‘Inactive’ checkbox located next the desired
currently active party alert.
5.
Click
‘Save’.

Displays the MIMS user name that created the

Displays the date when the alert was created.
Displays in YYY-MM-DD format where Y = Year, M = Month and D = Day. |

Displays the MIMS user name that inactivated
the alert. |

Inactive |
Click this button to inactivate a particular
alert listed on the ‘Current Party Alerts’. |
